How to Fix this

Make sure to email or come by the Driver Partner Center at 226 5th Avenue to find out why your account is inactive.

-Retype entire email address and check for typos.
-Make sure it is the email address that you used to sign up with Via.

How to Fix this
-Someone is logged in with your same vehicle, make sure this person completely logs out so you can log in.
– Email with this error message if you are unable to contact the person logged in with your same vehicle.
