Having trouble logging in to your ViaPartner App? We’re here to help! We’ve made a list of the most common login errors to help you successfully login.

How to Fix this
-Make sure you are typing in the correct license plate of the car you are driving.
– If you have a new license plate or a new vehicle to add, you must submit these documents first through nyc.ridewithvia.com/support

How to Fix this
-Make sure to type in your Via created password correctly with all lowercase letters and no spaces.
-If you have forgotten your password, text Via dispatch for a quick reply.
How to Fix this
Make sure to email nycdrivers@ridewithiva.com or come by the Driver Partner Center at 226 5th Avenue to find out why your account is inactive.
How to Fix this
-Retype entire email address and check for typos.
-Make sure it is the email address that you used to sign up with Via.
How to Fix this
-Someone is logged in with your same vehicle, make sure this person completely logs out so you can log in.
– Email nycdrivers@ridewithvia.com with this error message if you are unable to contact the person logged in with your same vehicle.
